How to cook delicious Chicken Biriyani

Lets see the recipes how to cook the Chicken Biriyani ----
Ingredients
- Chicken-2
lb (cut the chicken in the needed size)
- Basmati
rice-2 cup
- Onion-2
medium(which must be chopped)
- Red
chili powder-1 Tbs or on the basis of your taste
- Garam
masala powder-2 ts
- Cumin
powder-2 ts
- Coriander
powder-1 ts
- Ginger
paste-1 and 1/2 Tbs
- Garlic
paste-1 and 1/2 Tbs
- Cardamom-4-5
pieces
- Cinnamon
stick-4 pieces
- Bay
leaves-4 pieces
- Aloobukhara/Dried
prune-2 piece
- Nutmeg(Jaifol)-1
ts (paste)
- Mace(jaiotri)-1/6
ts (paste)
- Yogurt-1
and 1/2 cup
- Ghee-2
Tbs
- Oil-around
8 Tbs
- Salt-2 ts or on the basis of your taste
Cooking Process
- Fore mostly, Cut
and wash the chicken properly & drain the water fro the chicken.
- Then add the red chili powder, garam mashala powder, cumin powder, coriander
powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, jaifal, jaiotri, yogurt and 1 ts salt to
the chicken and mix all of them properly & leave the chicken for marinating around 1
hour.
- Then wash
the rice. After that, take 5 cup water in a deep pan for boiling. When
the water become boil add the washed rice, 2 pieces cardamom, 2 pieces cinnamon stick, 2
pieces bay leaves and 1 ts salt.
- Cook
the rice & drain and keep the rice aside.
- Heat the required oil
in a pan. Then add 1 chopped onion and fry until deep golden brown color is not reveal. When the color come, remove the
fried onion from the pan and keep the onion aside.
- Then add
the rest of whole garam masala into the pan and stir around 1 minute. Add
marinated chicken & cook it in medium heat around 25-30 minutes or until
chicken become tender & juicer.
- Take a
heavy bottom pan and spread alternate layers of chicken an& rice and carefully end it with rice layer and spread ghee top of the rice.
- Cover
the pan with lid & seal the edge with flour dough for cooking properly & get the proper taste of the biriyani &chicken .
- Eventually, cook the biriyani in low flame around 20-25 minutes.
- Spread
the fried onion over the biryani.
