                   Demographical changes affect the competitiveness of countries in the international marketplace. Like,

a.        Countries have to find out their actual customers of the products.

b.   Countries have to restructure their production area line on the basis of their targeted customers.

c.      Countries have to think or rebuild their man force to produce product as soon as possible to achieve the competitive advantages.

d.   Countries need to think about their economic growth. It will be increased or decreased on the basis of their targeted customers. So they need to be careful about the growth.

e.   Not to create a bad effect on the economic growth of the countries, they can increase the tax rate from companies. It works as a revenue for countries to support the older citizens.

f.      Old age dependency ratio will be increased or decreased. It creates great impact for their earning or expense source.

g.        Demographic change will influence the long term unemployment rate.
